Liberty County Health Department
Welcome to the Liberty County Health Department, where our goal is to improve the health of our citizens by providing a range of public health services. We are proud to serve the citizens of Liberty County, including Fort Stewart, home of the 3rd Infantry Division. We have a dedicated Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutritional clinic on Fort Stewart and an independent, dedicated clinic to serve the needs of those living with HIV/AIDS in our county. We have a long history of service to our community and continue that mission through projects such as BRAVE (Be Readily Available and Very Empathetic). BRAVE targets uninsured and underserved women in rural Liberty County in an effort to encourage them to seek appropriate breast care including monthly self breast exams, annual mammograms and necessary follow-up and diagnostic services.
Winn Army Community Hospital, Ft. Stewart

The Fraser Center
The Fraser Center is a non-profit, non-denominational, faith-based counseling center that offers behavioral health services and education for individuals, families, and community organizations. The center was established in 1986 and was the dream of local physician, Dr. Whit Fraser, who was a pioneer in holistic health care for Liberty county. Dr. Fraser believed in affordable, whole-person care for all, regardless of social standing, race, gender, or ability to pay. To that end, he established the Mary Lou Fraser Foundation for Families, Inc. in memory of his late wife, Mary Lou. The Fraser Center and the Liberty County YMCA are the present-day manifestations of Dr. Fraser's vision.
